HEALTH COVER – OUR AFFILIATIONS
HBF – Member Plus Practice
We are a Member Plus Practice. If you have ancillary cover with HBF, this means eligible patients can receive one fully covered scale and clean per member per calendar year. Members with basic to mid-levels of extras cover can receive 75% to 85% back on Preventative Services with guaranteed out of pocket costs. Members with top level extras cover can receive 100% back (or no gap) on Preventative Services for the whole family (with or without dependents). HCF – More for Teeth Dentist
We are members of the HCF More for Teeth program – a no-gap dental program. If you have extras cover with HCF, this means eligible patients can claim 100% back on a range of the most common diagnostic and preventative services (subject to your annual rebate limit). NIB – First Choice Network Provider

CBHS – Choice Network Provider
We are members of the CBHS Choice Network. This means that on selected treatments/services CBHS may pay benefits of up to 100% of the fee charged up to the item limit. Fund My Dental – Partnering Dentist
We are a participating dental partner within the Fund My Dental (FMD) network. FMD provides access to funding to pay for your treatment in return for smaller, interest-free repayments. It can be used in conjunction with your private health insurance, meaning only the outstanding contribution (gap payment) will go towards your fund my dental payment plan. How much is it going to cost?
Quotes are not provided over the phone or counter because without a dentist diagnosis, we would not know what treatment may be required. It is best that an appointment is organised for one of our dentist to assess the issue and provide treatment options. Our dentists may extend 10% professional courtesy to senior patients.
Payment Options
Payment is required immediately following treatment. We have HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities available for your convenience. Note that we do not accept any cheques.
HICAPS
HICAPS is an online system whereby a majority of health funds are linked to our surgery. This enables us to process your claim for your dental treatment ON THE SPOT, the remaining balance then payable. This eliminates physically waiting in queues at the store or for them to mail your refund cheque. Interest Free Payment Plans
We understand dental treatment can be expensive, so we are always thinking of new ways to make it more affordable whilst providing you with the best possible care.
As such, we are really excited to announce that we now accept ZIP payments!
ZIP can cover your entire cost of treatment and gives you a minimum of 6 months to pay it back, interest-free. There’s no paperwork, you can apply and be approved in under 5 minutes and payments start from as little as $40 per month.

Veterans Affairs
If you possess a gold card, you are entitled to have specified dental treatment at our surgery. Please inform us of your eligibility when making your appointment.
Concession Cards
If you are receiving a pension from Centrelink and have been issued an Emergency or General Authority Form from a Government Dental Clinic, you can access general dental treatment at both of our locations. These general dental services include digital radiographs, extractions and fillings. The government dental department determines your subsidy level, and therefore, you are responsible for the balance. This means you will be paying either 25% or 50% of the pre-determined fees set by the department. Please inform us of your eligibility when making your appointment.
